These terms govern your use of the Apps in the Cloud website and inquiries for application analytics assessment services. By using this site you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit assessment requests. Continuing to browse or submitting a form constitutes acceptance.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fee in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and visual design, belongs to Apps in the Cloud or its licensors. You may not copy assessment methodologies for resale. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement letter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit false contact details.

Liability

Assessments provide analytical findings based on information you supply. We do not guarantee specific product outcomes, revenue changes, or retention improvements. To the extent permitted by law, Apps in the Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or from decisions made after reading an assessment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Korea have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related services, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
